I’m really glad you put this up. I’m doing a senior play about Harlem and I am using music from the cotton club as well. There is some Duke Ellington in there, some Cab Calloway, and I wanted to also use some Nicolas Brothers. I am also incorporating dance into the piece, live instruments, and artwork. I fell in love with this song “lucky numbers” but I am finding a hard time finding the sheet music for the musicians to play it out in my play. I am willing to pay for it but I can’t find it online. I looked up Cliff Hess but I dont see much on him. If you come across a site can you please let me know by emailing it to me. Thank you!
